The mission of the Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame and Museum is to induct deserving players, teams and builders for their outstanding achievements in the sport of basketball as well as to preserve and showcase the rich history of basketball in Manitoba.

The actual site of the Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame and Museum is prominently located within the mezzanine and spectator entrance area at the University of Winnipeg’s Duckworth Centre for the storage of artifacts, photographs and memorabilia in perpetuity. The Hall is located on the mezzanine of the Duckworth Centre, 400 Spence Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and is open weekdays from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and weekends from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (or later if there were to be a Wesmen event on in the facility).

There is no admission fee to visit the Hall of Fame Museum; however, we gratefully accept donations to keep the space open and current! The central focus of the Hall of Fame is a large wall-mounted oak plaque which lists the over 100 athletes, teams and builders that have been inducted into the Hall of Fame since its inception in 1983.
