In Memory of Murray Hamm

It is with great sadness that the Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame and Museum and Basketball Manitoba share the news of Murray Hamm's passing. Murray was well known in the basketball community, mainly from his days coaching the Lord Selkirk Regional High School Royals at the Junior Varsity Boys' and Varsity Boys' levels.

He was inducted into the Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame in 2015 as a coach with the MHSAA Provincial Championship Royals Varsity Boys teams of 1977, 1978, 1979, and 1981. He also served as a member of the Basketball Manitoba Board of Directors for several years and was active in provincial team programs.

Murray is another of the good guys who have left us too soon. Our most sincere condolences are extended to his entire family and many friends.
