MANITOBA BASKETBALL HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
The Manitoba Basketball Hall of Fame and Museum, along with the University of Manitoba Bison Sports, are looking to hire an individual for a contract project starting aproximately May 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2024. We are seeking a motivated person to research and digitize the history of basketball at the University of Manitoba.
Our objective is to have all photographs, clothing items, films, videos, statistics, and printed materials scanned / digitized and entered into a database.
The work will be conducted at various locations, offering flexible hours, with training provided to ensure proficiency.
The skills required will be:
An honorarium of $6,000 will be paid in two installments –50% at the beginning and 50% upon successful completion.We anticipate that this position will require 250 - 300 hours of work.
