 Pres played competitive basketball from the early 1900's thru 1919 at
the old Y.M.C.A. and, later, at the present Y.M.C.A. In 1908 and 1911,
he played on Manitoba Championship teams, and again in 1919 with the
Junior Independents that won the Red Cross or Dyson Trophy, emblematic
of the Manitoba Championship.
